Mental Health Awareness: The Many Faces of Anxiety Online

May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and NCLS is bringing back Jennifer Frary for another series of talks promoting mental health and wellness!

In this presentation we will explore the various ways anxiety shows up in our lives. Coping skills will also be introduced for better management of mental wellness.

Each webinar in the series will include an interactive presentation as well as time for group discussion with your colleagues about the topic.

About the Presenter: Jennifer Frary is a Licensed Master Social Worker with a private therapy practice in Bloomfield, NY.  Jennifer specializes in helping individuals age 10 plus recover from anxiety and addictive behaviors.  She also helps couples.

Jennifer is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and EMDR.

In addition to her work with clients, Jennifer is involved in educational opportunities for the community.  She has presented on topics like Effective Communication, and Stress Management for local businesses.  For faith-based groups she has presented on topics related to Mental Health and Spirituality.  Jennifer also contributed a monthly article to Rochester Woman Online magazine in 2020.
