Your Accessibility Action Plan Online

How welcoming is your library? Is it just as welcoming to patrons with disabilities, neurodivergence, or learning differences? In this webinar, Youth Services & Outreach Consultant Katie St. Laurent will introduce practical tools you can use to help patrons with specialized needs make the most of library services, even if you can’t afford to overhaul your building. We’ll put a special emphasis on how you can create AAC boards for use in your own library, and how to create a social story for your website to help patrons prepare to make the most of their library visit.
