Disaster Planning Online

We all know to call 911 in an emergency, but there's also a lot we can do before one strikes. Developing solid policies and procedures that staff can use to guide them through an emergency situation is the first step in making sure your library is prepared for disasters of all types. Presented by NCLS Director Paulette Roes, this workshop will provide a strong foundation for your library to begin building a disaster response plan, with an emphasis on maximizing safety, minimizing damage, and reducing the risk of disaster in the first place.
