Meaningful and consistent library evaluation is an essential function that helps ensure the library is meeting the needs of the community. Evaluation is an important part of the planning process and should be conducted on a regular basis in alignment with the library's plan.  In Part 2 of the Library Planning series, participants will learn techniques, tools and resources for evaluating library services, staff and board members.
