Creating or updating your library’s plan can be a simpler process than you think!  In this workshop, participates will learn about the essential parts of a strategic plan, the structure and timeline of the planning process, and best practices to develop a community driven plan.  Participants will also learn about who should be involved in the planning process and how a results-oriented simple strategic plan can promote the future of your library.
