Taking Care of You: Trauma Online

In this presentation we will examine the many facets of trauma and trauma recovery. We will seek to understand our own trauma histories as well as that of our communities and patrons; knowing about trauma can help us to develop trauma-informed approaches to our work and relationships.

Each webinar in the series will include an interactive presentation as well as time for group discussion with your colleagues about the topic.

About the presenter: Jennifer Frary is a Licensed Master Social Worker with a private therapy practice in Bloomfield, NY.  Jennifer specializes in helping individuals age 10 plus recover from anxiety, trauma, and addictive behaviors. Jennifer is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and EMDR. Outside of the office, Jennifer spends her time with her husband and 8 year old son.  She loves reading, cooking, and supporting Syracuse University Men’s Lacrosse.
