Taking Care of You: Boundaries Online

In this presentation we will discuss what boundaries are, how to best set them, and become empowered to hold firm to them. Boundaries will be focused on both work and personal settings.

Each webinar in the series will include an interactive presentation as well as time for group discussion with your colleagues about the topic.

About the presenter: Jennifer Frary is a Licensed Master Social Worker with a private therapy practice in Bloomfield, NY.  Jennifer specializes in helping individuals age 10 plus recover from anxiety, trauma, and addictive behaviors. Jennifer is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and EMDR.
